Wednesday 27 October
Time for working on the competition entry.
Thursday 28 October, about 8 AM to 10 PM
Excursion to Uumaja, visits and rehearsal presentations (Note, the presentation time for each team is a maximum of 30 minutes/a more accurate time for the team is drawn during the competition).
Friday 29 October, noon
Ramboll, Teräksenkuja 1-3 E. Handing in the competition entries. – Mandatory*!
Friday 5 November, 8 AM to 1 PM
Vaasa City Hall, Senaatinkatu 1. Competition entry presentations and awarding the winning team. – Mandatory*!
The schedule shows the events that are common to all participants. A more accurate timetable will be given at the beginning of the competition.
Sparring times will be available at times that are given separately.
At other times, the teams work on their competition entry. Please note that your team may want to work on their entry also during the evenings of 26- 29 October.
